Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Rocket Bots Discord bots and the website at thebotdev.co.uk ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service operates under the Discord Terms of Service which take priority over these Terms. Please report any violations of Discord's terms to Discord directly.

Age Requirement

You must meet Discord's minimum age requirement (13 years or older, or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.

Virtual Currency

The Service features virtual currency ("cash", "credits", and other in-game items) for entertainment purposes only. Virtual currency:

  • Has no real-world monetary value
  • Cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services outside the Service
  • Cannot be transferred between users except through in-game features provided by the bot
  • May be adjusted, reset, or removed at our discretion

The gambling features in our bots simulate casino games using virtual currency and do not constitute real gambling.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Donator packs and subscriptions are processed through Ko-Fi. By making a purchase:

  • You acknowledge that you are purchasing virtual perks and in-game benefits with no real-world value.
  • Donator packs are one-time purchases that grant a permanent rank and cash bonus. These are non-refundable once the rewards have been applied to your account.
  • Subscriptions provide ongoing perks for as long as the subscription is active. Cancelling your subscription will remove subscription-based perks. No partial refunds are given for unused subscription periods.
  • Refund requests for purchases not yet fulfilled, or in cases of technical error, can be made via the Support Server.

All purchases are subject to Ko-Fi's Terms of Service.

Rules of Use

You agree not to:

  • Use self-bots, macros, or automation tools to interact with the bot
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage — report them in the Support Server immediately
  • Attempt to manipulate leaderboards, game outcomes, or virtual currency through any unintended means
  • Use the Service to harass, scam, or deceive other users
  • Circumvent any restrictions or bans placed on your account

Enforcement

Violations of these Terms may result in:

  • A warning
  • Account data being reset
  • Temporary or permanent blacklisting from the Service

The severity of enforcement is at our discretion based on the nature and severity of the violation.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Loss of virtual currency, items, or progress due to bugs, outages, or maintenance
  • Downtime or interruptions to the Service
  • Actions taken by third-party services (Discord, Ko-Fi)

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
